		<description>Just read through that article and, although I&#039;m not sure I agree with the proposal, I am happy to see that the government is at least going to force the banks to use the cash for what it wants unlike the last injection where banks just took the money and ran so to speak.</description>

		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more with this, I find it amazing that people in this country complain so much about banks and yet when we finally have the chance to force them to shape up and listen to their customers we don&#039;t take it.  

It&#039;s easy to believe in laissez-faire economics when times are good but as soon as things go wrong why are we so afraid to trust the markets?</description>
